Imho problem with Ishtars is combination of damage projection(and sheer force + not too bad tank + speed. Not any other hac can hit as hard as far and still be able to run away from enemies. Easiest solution would be removing sentry's from ishtar....

How bad it looks for dreds with 5% tracking nerf? Honestly i think that 10% nerf on TP is just too much. ATM they are almost not worth med slot in comparision to webs. Signature bonus they provide has stack penalty and

Why the hell you want to nerf dreds especially long range gun? What are they suppose to track after changes?! Stations? Dreds are one of the few ships with very few uses, why make them even less viable?

As title says. Now if target cloaks or leave grid your ship stops (losing align with each passing moment). Atm, you have to click approach then when you are aligned click full speed, if you are too slow you lose align. Any thoughts?
